Liberation Quality Education has adopt a style praised by a Brazilian Writer, Paulo Freire. Participatory Learning is what we prefer to use as a style of learning. In this way, everyone feels welcome and free to express their views.This create a free learning environment, no one's views are right nor wrong.
It is better to get the views of the learners and then as a facilitator, you give the closing remarks and amend where applicable. When doing trainings, we should not assume that people we are in fron of does not know what we want to tell them.
We also use practical examples, simulations and visuals for learners to absorb information without difficulties.
Learners are arranged in teams to help them identifying their capabilities of team participation and leading. After the training, our learners do not only get certificates and information, they also get life skills that they can apply in their daily lives.
In this way, learners live our classes with happy faces, bright smiles and satisfaction.
